AM-WQ100 is an Aerator Automation System, an IoT controller manufactures by BudMore for moderate-high density aquaculture farming applications. It is a multi-pond multi-parameter device capable of monitoring up to 7 water quality parameters for six different ponds sequentially. The device is designed to operate well with both open pond and closed loop aquaculture systems. WQ100 has an easy-to-understand graphical user interface loaded with a 10-inch touchscreen HMI display.
Why AM-WQ100?
Multi-pond monitoring: AM-WQ100 in an IoT device which can monitor and logging up to seven different water quality parameters (based on the sensors connected) in real-time from six different pond redundantly 24*7 with greater accuracy.
Real-time water quality monitoring: Multiple water quality parameters (Ammonia, pH, Dissolved Oxygen, Electrical conductivity, Salinity, temperature and turbidity) in the aquaculture tank is monitored, logged and is been used by the AC-FA100 on real-time with the help of industrial grade optical DO sensors which works 24*7.
Online & offline data savings: In-addition to the online data upload functionality, the device s also equipped with local data saving functionalities for operating conditions with interrupted, limited or no internet access.
User friendly interface: The controller comes pre-loaded with a large touch screen(10-inch) graphical user interface (GUI). This makes the device user-friendly and operable by a layman farmer with minimal training.
Alarms: The system comes handy with provisions for the end-user to define thresholds values for each ponds independently through GUI display. Alarms and alerts are triggered based on the set threshold.
Easy & quick sensor maintenance: Step-by-step user instruction for sensor calibration and device maintenance can be accessed through the on-board GUI.
Remote monitoring: Monitor your ponds remotely from any location with internet access. Our user-friendly interfaces, accessible through web application MAUGRO, make it convenient for you to visualize data and configure settings on the go.
System independent design: The device is best designed to perform pond aeration operations for larger open pond systems. Although, designed for the large system the device can also perform optimally with multiple small ponds too.
