AC-FA100 is an all-in-one (AIO) automation controller, an IoT controller tailor designed  by BudMore for closed loop systems like RAS (Recycle Aquaculture System) and Aquaponics systems. AC-FA100 is equipped to handle a range of tasks involved in the operation and management of a specific pond within the aquaculture system. These tasks include monitoring and controlling of multiple water quality parameters, water quality management, aerator automation , circulation system controlling, filter system management, water temperature controlling, feeding schedules, disinfection / pathogen load management, power outage management, machine load balancing, water level maintenance  and other environmental conditions critical for the well-being of aquatic organisms. Being tailored designed for closed loop systems AC-FA100 is capable automating all the above life supporting tasks of one-pond 24*7 . FA100 is also equipped with a user-friendly graphical interface showcased on a 10-inch touchscreen HMI display. The controller seamlessly collaborates with the PM100 (power monitor) to ensure uninterrupted and efficient operation.

Data driven automation: The AC-FA00 controller intelligently regulates and automates the operations of aeration system, circulation system , filtration system, dosing system, disinfection system, thermostat and feeding systems  based on the real-time data inputs from multiple sensors in real-time.

Real-time water quality monitoring: Multiple water quality parameters (Ammonia, pH, Dissolved Oxygen, Electrical conductivity, Salinity, temperature and turbidity) in the aquaculture tank is monitored, logged and is been used by the AC-FA100 on real-time with the help of industrial grade optical DO sensors which works 24*7.  

User friendly interface: The controller comes pre-loaded with a large touch screen(10-inch) graphical user interface (GUI). This makes the device user-friendly and operable by a layman farmer with minimal training.

Remote Monitoring & Controlling: Facilitating real-time data transfer, the AC-FA100 uploads pond data to a cloud server, enabling end-users to remotely monitor farm conditions. Additionally, the device features remote-controlling capabilities through the AMS (Automation Management System) module of MAUGRO (the cloud application), allowing users to manage aerator’s operation remotely.

Offline Scheduling Capability: The AC-FA100 has all required programs required to work as a stand-alone unit isolated from internet indefinitely. The device also has a graphic user interface for the user enabling him to customize the automation schedules through the 10inch touch screen. The user could also make the device operate in the absence for supplied water quality sensor inputs.

Improve productivity: The controller’s program monitors and ensures optimal water quality( up to seven parameter ) across the pond 24*7,  thereby enhancing the survivability and growth rate of species. This ultimately enables the end-user to increase the stocking density and overall productivity seamlessly.

Energy usage monitoring: The controller in collaboration with PM100 module monitors and logs the energy usage of independent aerator channels on real-time

Power Outage Management: The system has inbuilt feature to monitor power inputs from up-to three independent power sources and perform power availability-based load management automatically. This ensures optimized crop growth even during power outages, maintaining uninterrupted system functionality.

Optimize Energy consumption: During the course of operation, the controller is programed to always make sure that, only minimum number of machines operates precisely to meet the water quality demand or surges.

Cloud Connectivity and Data Analytics: AC-FA100 hardware has a Wi-Fi card and is integrated with the cloud application MAUGRO, for real-time data-logging. The AMS module of MAUGRO processes this datum to generate actionable insights and BI reports enabling the user to make informed at the right time.

System independent design: The device is best designed to perform pond aeration operations for larger open pond systems. Although, designed for the large system the device can also perform optimally with multiple small ponds too.
